  • About Us

Project Health is a nonprofit that tries to redefine how healthcare is delivered and in the process break the link between poverty and poor health. Volunteers work each week with Providence families to help connect them to area resources for help with affordable housing, affordable and quality food, legal assistance, educational programs, child care subsidies, heating assistance, etc. Volunteers work at a desk in the Hasbro Children's Hospital clinic, talk to patients and their families, research resources, and follow-up with the families on a weekly basis.
