VISION

In improving the condition of the population and disadvantaged groups, on the path of economic, social, and human development from the Community conception to an ever more global and comprehensive scope;

MISSION

The mission that aims to make our Vision tangible is the realization of projects of assistance, promotion, education, training, and generation of income that allow the empowerment of individuals and groups of local populations based on the conviction that knowledge and the use of appropriate tools make it possible to enjoy a higher condition and a more dignified life. We believe and act for the implementation of education for the development and maturation of the human development of the population, as a basis for the acceptance of difference, awareness, and mobilization of civil society to participate in the resolution of global social problems and the improvement of cultural standards.

VALUES

The intervention vectors, which partly stem from the implementation of the Assistance, Promotion, and Valorization program for disadvantaged people and groups of people, focus on the creation of projects to promote education by offering opportunities, means, conditions, conviviality, and human brotherhood, encouraging socio-economic development; generation of own income; human development, recreation, and art.
