Year Up is an innovative program that provides young adults with a unique combination of skills, experience and support that will help them reach their professional and higher education goals. Serving urban youth, ages 18-24, the curriculum focuses on information technology, professionalism, customer service and communication. Year Up’s high-expectation, high-support model combines marketable job skills, educational stipends, college credit and a behavior guidance system, along with several layers of support, to place these young adults on a viable path toward economic self-sufficiency.
