Alliance for Decision Education

  • About Us

The Alliance for Decision Education (formerly How I Decide Foundation) is an educational nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to the belief that better decisions lead to better lives and a better society. Our team is composed of academics, educators, and business professionals, and our work synthesizes insights from mindfulness through the behavioral sciences to neuroscience.

Working with education experts, we created engaging and award-winning programs that introduced decision skills to K-12 classrooms, after-school groups, and students learning independently across the country and worldwide. Informed by our success, we realized we had to do more. In 2019, we took the next step and began a national movement dedicated to ensuring every middle and high school student receives Decision Education to help them reach their full potential.
