The Supportive Housing Network of NY is a statewide membership-based organization that provides advocacy, policy analysis, technical assistance and training to the supportive housing community. The Network’s members are non-profit housing developers and social service agencies that provide affordable housing linked to services to formerly homeless and at-risk New Yorkers. They provide on- or off-site services, including case management, substance abuse counseling, job training and family reunification, to people living with mental illness, HIV/AIDS, and other disabilities, as well as survivors of domestic violence, youth exiting the foster care system, and other at-risk populations.
