Food And Truth is a non-profit organization with the mission to inform, educate, motivate and organize around food ingredient issues. Fit2cook4Kids summer camp program was created to accomplish that mission while helping to solve the childhood obesity epidemic. Children are immersed in preparing healthy food with a chef, learning to stay fit with yoga, fun, and games, and communicating for success as youthful ambassadors of healthful living.
