We are a self-help group for people with depression, anxiety, OCD, etc. We teadch a form of cognitive therapy, by using a book written by a psychiatrist. We're open 7 days a week, are all volunteers, and there is no charge. Anyone can come in to our Clubhouse as often as they like.
