Global BrightLight Foundation focuses on families around the world whose households will never connect to a continuous supply of electricity during their lifetimes. they rely on kerosene, candles, firewood and other biomass fuels for lighting. these energy sources adversely affect their health and safety, and hinder their opportunities for social and economic progress. Providing them with an inexpensive, safe and renewable energy sources enables them to raise their standard of living. History has shown there is a direct link between access to energy and an improved quality of life.
