The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE)will accomplish its mission through the provision of evidence-based research that improves educational practices and student outcomes; policy analysis and program planning in support of systemic reform; data collection, analysis, programmatic monitoring and fiscal management for increased accountability for results.
