About Us
The Youth Center provides extracurricular English classes to local youth, who wish to supplement the English taught in school, with a focus on conversational skills. With the help of our Balinese teacher aides, you will have the opportunity to assist these students in gaining valuable skills that will boost their confidence and enhance their ability to find good jobs after they graduate school. Teachers pay a nominal fee to cover costs of placement, transport, in country support, plus room and board ($500/4 weeks). We are looking for flexible, encouraging, and lighthearted volunteers who are excited about working with local Balinese youth.
