As the challenges facing our local and global communities continue to mount, it’s become more important than ever to invest in the people who are taking on this work. The challenge is we are facing a broken pipeline between young, diverse, and mission-driven talent and social impact employers.
Second Day is launching the most diverse and innovative generation of social sector leaders in American history by connecting mission-driven, badass young people with paid internships at nonprofits/social enterprises. We also provide professional development, career coaching, and mentorship to ensure all Impact Fellows thrive!
