  • About Us

PACDC is dedicated to advocacy, policy development and technical assistance for community development corporations (CDCs) and other organizations in their efforts to rebuild communities and revitalize neighborhoods.

We assist our 75 members, including CDCs and a range of other stakeholders in the community development field, to improve the quality of life in Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and help lower-income families become more self-sufficient through the creation of affordable housing, economic development, and other community development activities.
