  • About Us

    DWRC was established in 1993 by a group of lawyers, trade unionists, academics and political figures active in Palestinian society. Using a human rights approach, DWRC defends the rights of Palestinian workers, organizes projects and campaigns to raise workers' awareness to their rights, organizes trade unions on a democratic basis, provides workers with free legal advice, advocates for gender equality in the workplace as well as within Palestinian society, works to eliminate poverty and unemployment, and seeks to influence legislation providing social welfare protection for all Palestinians.
