About Us
Sante Hospice and Palliative Care is a community of caregivers dedicated to the relief of physical and emotional suffering for hospice patients while also respecting individual choice and patient confidentiality.
Under Medicare regulation 418.78, Hospices are mandated to have a volunteer program.
Volunteers provided companionship to the patients and caregiver relief to the families of our patients to assist the palliative process.
