  • About Us

Setup by Mo Farah and his wife Tania, the Mo Farah Foundation works to help save lives and support people affected by the worst drought to hit the Horn of Africa region in over 60 years.

Key areas of focus include emergency response addressing the most urgent needs of impoverished families in Somalia and the surrounding region, water and sanitation programmes, health and medical programmes, livlihood programmes and education.

Additionally the Foundation works within the UK to provide support to promising young athletes through the Mo Farah Academy, aiming to build on the Olympic legacy by encouraging the progression of homegrown sporting talent.
