The vision is realized by providing staffing services to job seekers with disabilities and matching them to employers seeking quality talent. Currently, Galt has 3,000 employees working for more than 100 employers nationwide and aims to become the world’s largest employer of individuals with disabilities. Since its inception, Galt has provided employment to nearly 25,000 individuals, which makes the organization a powerful resource for change and a sensible business solution.
