    The National Forum for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention builds a collective voice for a heart-healthy and stroke-free society through its collaborative policy and programmatic efforts. Members include more than 75 US and international organizations representing public, private, health care, advocacy, academic, policy, and community sectors.

    A Catalyst for Collaboration

    The National Forum’s mission is to lead and encourage collaborative action among stakeholders committed to heart disease and stroke prevention. The National Forum creates opportunities for multi-sector groups to work together by convening member organizations, facilitating discussions, and creating partnership opportunities.
