  • About Us

We are the Lower East Side Partnership, a community based not-for-profit organization that is responsible for economic and community development in New York City’s Lower East Side. Our initiatives range from the production  Pickle Day, the world’s largest pickle festival to supporting the Essex Street Market, one of the only remaining public marketplaces in New York CIty. We drive tourism while highlighting the vibrant small merchant community that calls the Lower East Side home.
