About Us
Pet Rescue is a non-profit animal shelter in Harrison, NY that rescues dogs and cats, insures that the animals are healthy and suitable for adoption and places them with loving families in the area. We have a state-of-the-art facility with dog kennels, a “Kitty Cottage” and a clinic where the animals are vetted. Pets that we take in either are boarded in our Harrison facility or with our network of dedicated volunteer foster families and then, following an extensive application and screening process, placed in their forever homes with adopting families.
