Seeds@City was formed through a partnership between San Diego City College and San Diego Roots Sustainable Food Project. Established in June 2008, the farm provides students with hands-on experiences necessary for learning the skills of urban farming and is the first––and still only–– program of its kind at an institution of higher education in San Diego County. Our goal is to train the next generation of urban farmers in sustainable agriculture to build a food secure city and region.

The main Seeds@City farm is located at San Diego City College at the corner of 14th and C Streets between Saville Theater and the LRC, just below Curran Plaza.
Parking is free on Saturdays.
