    The Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA) Educational Foundation mission is to develop the future hospitality workforce. Programming provides high school ProStart students studying Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management with the opportunities for activities career exploration and workforce development.  The Foundation also manages a scholarship program that supports students pursuing a career in the restaurant/foodservice industry.
