    NextOp helps bridge the gap between veterans in need of work and aging industries that desperately need the skills our veteran clients have to offer by recruiting and placing currently transitioning military professionals into meaningful careers where their unique skills and experience are fully-utilized.

    We work one-on-one with enlisted veterans to help them understand how their military training and experiences translate into valued qualifications in the business community, connecting veterans to existing job openings that match their skill-sets and mentoring them through and beyond the job hire.
