City of Dreams

We are a non-profit program that helps youth living in low income housing build brighter futures, through mentorship and youth development. As volunteer based program, we expand the perspectives of youth living in low-income housing and empower them to make healthy life choices. We operate in the San Francisco’s Public Housing Communities and teach 12 core life lessons that help youth transform how they approach school, home and ultimately how they approach success. Youth participate in 64+ experiential learning events throughout the year and engage in one-on-one mentorship.

We provide mentorship to youth living in low income housing between the ages of 9-18; focus on Youth Development through experiential learning and mentorship; engage youth in mentorship with caring adults; empower youth to identify dreams and set goals; encourage youth to give back to their community; and provide a Jr. Mentorship Program for youth who have been involved a minimum of two years.
