Furniture Bank of Southeastern Michigan

  • About Us

The mission of the Furniture Bank of Southeastern Michigan is to improve the living conditions of residents in need by collecting gently used furniture, beds, appliances, and other household goods. These items are given, at no charge, to families who have been referred by a human or social service agency.

We help over 3,000 families annually. Half of those served have been previously homeless, victims of domestic violence, fire or theft with the remainder consisting of the working poor.
