    Los Angeles Trade- Technical College is the only accredited community college in the US to confer an Associate in Arts degree and a Certificate of Completion in Community Planning and only one of three community colleges to offer an Associates of Arts degree and Certificate of Completion in Mortgage Finance. The Community and Economic Development Department (CED Dept) provides students with an interdisciplinary education and training program involving real estate, banking, finance, business, labor studies, community organizing, architecture, and construction.
