    The mission of the American Lung Association® of Washington is to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease for the people of Washington state through research, education, community service and advocacy.

    The American Lung Association of Washington is part of the seven-state region of the Mountain Pacific. Administrative offices for the state and the region are based in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. With fewer than 50 staff in the region, volunteers, interns, and AmeriCorps members make significant contributions year round.
