    We assist in facilitating the collaboration between residents, stakeholders and community partners, supporting neighborhood based initiatives that improve the quality of life for everyone in the Stockyard, Clark-Fulton and Brooklyn Centre neighborhoods of Cleveland Ohio.

    - Block Clubs and Community Associations - Community Gardens - Green Space and Land Reutilization- Home repair programming (information and referral) - Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) - Safety - Assistance and Enforcement of Building Codes - Commercial Support - Neighborhood Service Administration and Planning - Quality of Life and Safety Initiatives
