About Us
The Laborers’ Eastern Region Organizing Fund (LEROF) is a progressive construction union representing 45,000 members in New York City, New Jersey and Delaware. We are part of the Laborers' International Union of North America (LiUNA), which represents half a million members in the US and Canada. The Laborers' diverse membership is primarily construction workers. We are a member-led, blue collar union.
LEROF's mission is to organize the unorganized and believe unionization is key to addressing the economic injustice faced by workers.
