    The National Asian American Society of Accountants (NAASA) aims to be the premier professional association for enhancing the presence and influence of Asian Americans in the accounting and finance professions.

    NAASA's mission is for Asian American accountants, finance professionals and its associate members to cultivate growth of accounting and finance knowledge, and to advance business development opportunities. The Society is also committed to serve the public and the community by disseminating information on accountancy and finance, and by fostering the study of accountancy and finance in universities, and by promoting a higher standard of professional ethics.

    The National Asian American Society of Accountants (NAASA; formerly known as Asian American Society of CPAs) was formed and incorporated with NYS (and filed IRS 501(c)(6) status) in late 2004. NAASA aims to be the premier professional association for enhancing the presence and influence of Asian American in the accounting and finance professions.

    NAASA was founded as a resource for Asian American accountants, finance professionals, students and associate members to cultivate the growth of accounting and finance knowledge, and to advance business development opportunities. NAASA also will serve the public and our communities by disseminating information on accountancy and finance, by fostering the study of accountancy and finance in universities, and by promoting the highest standards of professional ethics.

    MISSION STATEMENT The mission of the National Asian American Society of Accountants is to continuously influence and encourage the development of accounting professionals, finance professionals and students while serving as a collective voice for the Asian and Pacific Islander communities in the field of accounting and finance.
