  • About Us

Ronald McDonald House of San Francisco (RMH-SF) provides temporary housing and supportive services to families of critically ill children who come to San Francisco for specialized medical care unavailable in their home communities. These include premature births, pediatric cardiology, liver and kidney transplants, fetal surgery and a host of other life threatening illnesses.

We believe that "keeping loved ones near a seriously ill child may be some of the best medicine of all." RMH-SF offers much more than a clean and safe place to stay during a child's treatment. Our House is a caring environment where families can receive the emotional and mental support needed in a time of crisis.
