Achilles Track Club

  • About Us

The Achilles Track Club is an international, non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging people with all kinds of disabilities to participate in running with the general public. We provide support, training, and technical expertise to runners at all levels and disabilities. Established in 1983, with 6 members, Achilles has grown to over 10,000 people worldwide with 126 chapters in 63 countries. Once a year, we run the Achilles Marathon (http://www.achillesmarathon.com ), the 2nd largest marathon in NYC, which is sponsored by the disabled community, but open to all runners, walkers, and relay-racers.
