    The mission of RADR is to raise awareness and encourage the study of genocide in the United States, especially at the primary and secondary-levels of education while simultaneously imparting an understanding that diversity in views and experiences provide positive roles in our society.

    RADR, pronounced “radar,” is an acronym for its subtitle: Recognize. Acknowledge. Discussion. Respect. RADR promotes a mission to Recognize what is genocide, Acknowledge the occurrence of genocide, use Discussion to understand why genocide happens, and promote Respect for all communities to prevent the future occurrence of genocide.
