    Neighborhood Lending Partners, Inc. (NLP) is a Tampa-based nonprofit CommunityDevelopment Financial Institution (CDFI) that has been lending to developers and nonprofits for23+ years to increase the supply of quality multi-family and single-family affordable housing across the state of Florida. Since its inception, NLP has originated $500 million in loans that have leveraged $1 billion of investment in Florida’s underserved communities. NLP recently partnered with Valley Economic Development Corporation (VEDC), a Los Angeles-based CDFI and long time small business lender, to launch the Greater Miami Business Opportunity Fund (GMBOF), a program to increase access to capital to small businesses to help them grow,create jobs, and eventually graduate to a mainstream financial institution.
