Phipps Houses has developed, owned and managed permanently affordable housing since 1905, bringing its mission-driven purpose and expertise in structuring, financing, programming and managing housing to communities of need. Phipps has developed nearly 8,000 units of affordable housing throughout New York City, over 6,000 of which it continues to own.
