The Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York is a not-for-profit organization. Our mission is to advance marketplace trust; uphold and recognize ethical business standards and practices in New York. We serve New York City, Long Island, and the Mid Hudson region by providing reports on New York businesses and charities; by offering mediation and arbitration services to resolve customer problems with businesses; and by providing educational information that can help consumers, businesses, and charities prosper.
