At Legacy International, we’re committed to helping emerging leaders turn their values and vision into sustainable success. Since 1979, we’ve been equipping people of all ages to build collaborative teams, develop entrepreneurial mindsets, and create thriving, sustainable communities. Our programs have reached professionals, community leaders, and youth in over 110 countries.
We’re a mission-driven organization supported by federal and private grants, fee-for-service, and generous donations, with significant backing from the U.S. Department of State.
Our headquarters are located in Bedford, Virginia, surrounded by the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains, with a co-working space in Washington, D.C., and team members across the U.S. We offer a flexible, dynamic work environment where you’ll be part of a dedicated team working toward meaningful, global change.
