About Us
SCANPH is a membership association, founded in 1985, that supports and advocates for those who develop and sustainably operate affordable housing. SCANPH is uniquely situated to identify, prioritize, strategize, and lead policy efforts that are designed to create an environment conducive to affordable housing development. SCANPH strives to increase the capacity and expertise of our members, educate policymakers and the public about the need for affordable housing, and help to establish policies and programs that further these objectives.
