    The Community Pediatric Programs provides health care to homeless, medically underserved and severely disadvantaged children and their families in New York City. The division's outreach program, The New York Children's Health Project, and the South Bronx Center for Children and Families, both benefit from support of Montefiore Medical Center - The University Hospital, and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. These programs serve as models and provide resources for other communities across the country.
