    PEDS is a non-profit organization dedicated to making communities in Georgia safe, inviting and accessible to all pedestrians.

    We work with transportation professionals and others to promote safe sidewalks and crossing treatments. We also provide workshops and participate in road safety audits that help transportation professionals learn how to design for pedestrian safety.

    Our programs include Safer Streets, Safer People, Campaign for Safe Sidewalks and Georgia Walks. We also promote Complete Streets and changes that overcome barriers to walking.
