Environmental Leaders of Color (ELOC) provides environmental and clean energy training and opportunities to socially and financially vulnerable communities to learn about climate change, its impact, solutions, and job opportunities. Currently, ELOC operates in Westchester County by offering a six-week summer program for high school students.
