    Organizational Background: Prescott Farm offers year-round environmental education, including a nature based pre-school opening in the fall of 2015, WildQuest vacation camps, summer camps, family and youth programs, school field trips, and naturalist in residence programs at three local elementary schools. Located on 160 acres of historic farmland in Laconia, New Hampshire, the property consists of open fields, woodlands, wetlands, heritage gardens, hiking trails, a natural play scape currently under construction, an historic three-story barn as well as other outbuildings, including a maple sugaring house, and the Samuel Prescott Pardoe Environmental Education Center built in 2005, which houses office and classroom space. Prescott Farm runs on an annual budget of approximately $500,000 with five staff members.
