  • About Us

The mission of the SSCW is help refugees and immigrants from Southern Sudan make a successful transition to life in the United States and achieve self-sufficiency. SSCW is a service organization formed in 2003 to improve the opportunities for and education of the Southern Sudanese community in Washington State, to encourage them, to assist them when they encounter problems, and to help them adapt to life in the United States. We accomplish these goals by drawing upon a volunteer network and professionals who are committed to helping people from Southern Sudan.
