Established in 1980 by the Governors of American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas and Hawaii addresses and articulates, through its Board of Directors, economic and social concerns of the Pacific Islands. The four Governors serve as the Board. Ultimate goals are job creation and meximum positive impact on the local island economies.
