The Franciscan Friars Conventual of Our Lady of the Angels Province are a Roman Catholic religious order of men and part of the Franciscan family founded by St. Francis of Assisi eight centuries ago. Present in 65 countries around the world, the Conventual Franciscans live out the call to ministry in many different ways, serving the Church as pastors, educators, chaplains, and missionaries.
Today, the Our Lady of the Angels Province numbers over 200 men serving in 11 states along the eastern seaboard of the USA, as well as Canada, England, Ireland, Rome, Brazil, Costa Rica, Scotland and Japan. It maintains its Provincial headquarters In Ellicott City, Maryland.
