    The Fundación Proacceso is non-for-profit organization with the mission of bridging the digital divide and providing educational tools in low-income areas in Mexico. In seven years, it has established a network of 70 digital inclusion centers in low-income areas called the Learning and Innovation Network or RIA, as well as a network of 50 digital libraries within public schools. Today, the Fundación Proacceso has reached almost a million beneficiaries and has graduated form its courses more than 315,000 users. The projects of the Fundación Proacceso have been presented in TED Talks, the OECD's Anual Forums, the World Bank CSO Meetings, at Harvard University and the World Economic Forum.
