    Formed in 1993, Nevada HAND is the largest non-profit 501(c)(3)corporation dedicated to the development and management of affordable housing communities in the state of Nevada. With the mission to improve the lives of low-income individuals by providing affordable housing solutions and supportive services, Nevada HAND is a full service real estate development company with the ability to design, develop, finance, construct, and manage affordable housing either for sale or rent. We currently own and/or operate over 3,200 housing units in more than 30 affordable properties dedicated to serving independent seniors, seniors in need of assisted living, and families and children.

    In 2011, Nevada HAND received the prestigious NeighborWorks America (NWA) Chartered membership, and has been an active member of the Housing Partnership Network (HPN) since 2006.
