Pass With Flying Colors

  • About Us

Pass With Flying Colors (PWFC) is providing economic opportunity for Chicago’s disadvantaged communities by increasing college graduation rates among low-income, first-generation students. Our mission is to prepare Chicago’s underserved first-generation students for college and career success.

Since 2010, PWFC’s programs provide first-generation students with high-touch 1:1 support, experiential learning opportunities, and crucial guidance on college applications, financial aid and career development throughout high school and college.

As one of Chicago’s only 8-year programs, PWFC equips students with the skills and confidence to succeed in college at dramatically higher rates than their first-generation peers. Today, 95%of PWFC scholars are on-track to graduate.
