ACES - American Cultural Exchange Service

  • About Us

ACES is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1995, whose mission is to provide high quality international educational and cultural exchange experiences to individuals from the United States and foreign countries in order to promote world peace. ACES administers various exchange programs between the US and other countries.

ACES is designated by the US Department of State to administer the High School Homestay program which brings about 300 students from 46 countries to live with American host families and attend local schools for one academic year or one semester. ACES administers Youth Exchange & Study (YES) program and National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) program, both of which are sponsored by the US Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. ACES is also the partner of Sister Cities International to provide its local chapters with youth exchange opportunities.

ACES is always looking for volunteer host families who are open minded and are willing to share their home and heart with foreign exchange students. ACES is also looking for individuals who are interested in seeing the world by working with international exchange students.
