The Staten Island Business Outreach Center (SIBOC), formally known as the West Brighton Community Local Development Corporation (WBCLDC), is a not for profit organization that has been serving the community of Staten Island since 1980 and in the late 90’s expanded services Island wide in the fields of small business development & support, neighborhood development, and workforce development.
The mission of the Staten Island Business Outreach Center is to ensure sustainable economic growth on Staten Island by providing technical assistance to business owners, managers and entrepreneurs to advance their individual growth as well as providing neighborhood development services that improves the economic vitality of the Island's commercial corridors.
Programs and organizations that SIBOC manages include the Forest Avenue Business Improvement District, the Victory Boulevard Merchants Association, the West Brighton Brownfield Opportunity Area, the SBA Woman's Business Center, and the M/WBE Leadership Association.
