Work Skills Corporation has been providing employment and training services to people with barriers to employment for over 35 years. By barrier, we refer to a wide range of individuals from those who simply need help developing a resume to those who need accommodations on a job.

Employment and training serviceshelp people identify what type of jobs they would like to pursue and then support them with becoming work-ready. Placement services assist individuals in finding jobs.

Our production operation(ISO Certified) performs work for the automotive industry as a Tier I and Tier II supplier as well as other businesses and industries. This area supports our employment and training services by providing a real work setting for assessment and training programs.

Action Associatesis the staffing arm of WSC. Action provides temporary, contract and permanent placement of professional, skilled trades, administrative and industrial personnel to private business and government.

Action Home Health Carespecializes in services to those and their loved ones who are faced with illness, recovery or diminished ability to care for themselves

In our Alternative Educationservices, we provide GED preparation and high school completion, vocational training and job placement to students 16 to 19 years of age.

Founded in 1973, WSC is a Michigan private non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. We are CARF accredited and ISO certified.
